Laval Digital ("we", "us", "our") operates AI Assistant, an AI marketing assistant for Shopify stores. We are based in Laval, Quebec, Canada.
Account Data: Email address, name, Shopify store domain, billing information processed securely via our payment processor.
Shopify Data: With your authorization via OAuth, we access your Shopify store's products, orders, customers, analytics, themes, discounts, fulfillment, and marketing events — only data needed to provide the marketing service.
Google Ads Data: When you add our MCC as a partner, we access your Google Ads campaign data (campaigns, keywords, performance metrics) through the Google Ads API to manage and optimize your advertising.
Usage Data: Conversation history with AI agents, task execution logs, and campaign preferences. This data is used solely to improve your marketing results.
Essential Cookies: We use only essential session cookies for authentication. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party marketing cookies.
We use your data exclusively to: (a) operate the AI marketing service, (b) execute marketing tasks you request, (c) improve service quality, and (d) comply with legal obligations. We never sell your data to third parties.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, your data is deleted within 30 days. Shopify OAuth tokens are revoked immediately upon uninstall.
You have the right to access, export, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Use the GDPR Export endpoint in your dashboard or email us at lavaldigital@gmail.com.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Credentials are encrypted using Fernet (symmetric encryption) with PBKDF2 key derivation. We follow industry best practices for secure credential storage and API authentication.
